Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes circumstances arise that prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. However, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to show up, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
If I am running behind, I will do my best to notify you as soon as possible. In return, I ask that you kindly arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, I may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the services to fit the remaining time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Please note that in order to book another appointment with me, any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid in full.
